Downtime costs more than the rebuild. We return equipment to factory spec or better, with documentation.
EnQuest's OFS (oil field service) Equipment Lifecycle Services program returns frac pumpers, power ends, fluid ends, and coiled tubing equipment to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) spec or better, in our own ISO 9001:2015-certified shops, with full documentation, a six-month warranty, and no outsourcing. For operators managing aging fleets while the market evolves, EnQuest MRO is the alternative to buying new.
The numbers that matter:
No outsourcing, all work in-house.
6-month warranty on all rebuild work.
ISO 9001:2015 documented on every unit.
18 to 36 months of extended asset life from a quality rebuild.
A bad rebuild is worse than no rebuild
The Lifecycle Services market is full of shops that outsource the work, use non-OEM-equivalent (original equipment manufacturer) components, and hand equipment back with no documentation. A rebuild done that way isn't a cost saving. It's a deferred failure event, scheduled to detonate at the worst possible moment, a unit failing mid-job or failing a customer inspection.
EnQuest does it the opposite way.
Every job runs through the XTEND™ Process: inspection, assessment, scope, quote, rebuild, test, and delivery, with documentation following the unit through every step. You know exactly what was done, what parts were used, and what the test results showed before the equipment goes back to work.
Services
Frac pumper rebuild. Full unit rebuild to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) spec or better. Every component inspected, worn parts replaced, the complete system tested before return.
Power end rebuild. Power end refurbishment for ODIN Natural Gas Fired Frac Pumper, eFrac, DGB, and legacy units, with primary capability in our Odessa shop serving the Permian Basin directly.
Fluid end service. Fluid end inspection, valve service, seat replacement, and rebuild.
Coiled tubing equipment. CT unit rebuild and refurbishment, with primary capability in Calgary.
Transmission and engine service. TH55G and equivalent transmission rebuild, plus CAT G3520, 3512E, and legacy engine overhaul.
Custom upgrades. Tier II to Tier IV emissions conversions, control system modernization, and skid modifications, so you can meet a customer or regulatory requirement without buying new.
Everything in-house, nothing outsourced
All OFS (oil field service) Lifecycle Services work is performed in EnQuest's own shops, Houston and Odessa for OFS equipment, Calgary for coiled tubing, by EnQuest's own technicians. Zero outsourcing means consistent quality and no subcontractor accountability gaps. When something needs resolved, there is one team to call.
The same ISO 9001:2015 quality system that governs our new equipment builds governs every rebuild. Power end rebuilds, which require specialized knowledge most in-house shops don't have, are a core capability, with turnaround designed for operators who can't afford extended downtime.
Documentation that protects your asset
A rebuild with no paperwork creates problems the day you try to insure, lease, finance, or sell the equipment. Buyers and lenders want to see rebuild history, and equipment without it is worth less and harder to move.
Every EnQuest rebuild comes back with complete documentation: component traceability, parts used, and test results. The maintenance manager has something to show the VP, the customer, and the insurance carrier. The asset manager maintains valuation for future sale, lease, or financing. The rebuild history is clean.
Rebuild, replace, or transition? We'll give you the honest answer.
In a constrained capital environment, the real question isn't "should we rebuild." It's "how long will a rebuild buy us, at what cost, and how does that compare to new."
Because EnQuest builds ODIN Natural Gas Fired Frac Pumper, THOR eFrac, and legacy equipment, and services all of it, we can run that analysis honestly.
Sometimes the right answer is a targeted rebuild that extends life 18 to 36 months while you plan a technology transition on your own timeline instead of an emergency one. Sometimes it's time to replace, and we can build what comes next. We'll tell you which, because we have no reason not to.
