Engineering, fabrication, assembly, paint and blast, testing, and service all happen under our own roofs, by our own people. That means the work stays here, the craftsmanship stays here, and the people who do it own the outcome.

Who we hire
EnQuest is built by engineers, fabricators, welders, machinists, assembly technicians, service techs, and the operations and commercial teams who support them.
We look for people who do more than the task in front of them, who care whether the work is right, and who would rather solve the problem than pass it along.
We hire across all three of our locations:
Houston, Texas is our headquarters and primary manufacturing campus, and the center of our engineering, fabrication, and power generation work.
Odessa, Texas puts our teams in the heart of the Permian Basin, focused on service, rebuild, and field support.
Calgary, Alberta anchors our Canadian operations, with heavy fabrication, assembly, coiled tubing service, and testing.
