Pressure Piping

EnQuest fabricates and assembles ASME B31.3 process piping at our Calgary operations, serving oil and gas, oil sands, industrial, and civil projects across Canada. Carbon and stainless steel spool fabrication, instrumentation, and full skid integration, welded and tested under a quality system built to ASME and ABSA standards.

Pressure piping fabrication is part of EnQuest's Canadian operations, based in Calgary, Alberta. The certifications, codes, and capabilities described on this page apply to the Canadian operation.

Process piping spool fabrication. Pressure piping spool fabrication and assembly to the ASME B31.3 code, in carbon and stainless steel.

Specialty piping. N2 piping, line heaters, manifolds, and spooling for oilfield and industrial applications.

Modules and distribution. Valve distribution modules, pad isolation modules, injection and production modules, and pipe rack modules.

Instrumentation. Instrumentation tubing and calibration integrated with the piping package.

Integrated skids. Piping integrated into full skid and module packages alongside vessels, structure, and instrumentation.

Pressure piping is only as good as the quality system behind it. EnQuest's Calgary operation maintains a quality control program with B31.3 process piping compliance and a dedicated QA/QC manager responsible for project life-cycle quality and document control from proposal through supply chain, fabrication, assembly, and client handover.

That documentation follows the work, which is what an owner, inspector, insurer, or lender needs to see when the system goes into service, gets recertified, or changes hands.
