When the genset goes down, EnQuest is the call that gets it back up.
EnQuest Power Generation Lifecycle Services provides scheduled maintenance, 24/7 emergency field service, and full overhaul for natural gas gensets and turbines, the same equipment EnQuest builds, for data centers, remote industrial sites, and oil and gas operations where uptime is the only metric that matters. We know CAT G3520, Vericor, Jenbacher, and Honeywell units from the inside, because we package them.
The numbers that matter:
24/7 emergency service target.
99.9%+ uptime SLAs (Service Level Agreements) supported.
ISO 9001:2015 documented service records.
One vendor that built it and services it.
We built the equipment. We service the equipment.
Many equipment manufacturers don't actually service what they sell, or their field coverage can't reach a remote data center or an oilfield location within a response time that matters. That leaves the operator on their own when a unit goes down.
EnQuest is different by design. As the packager of the equipment, our technicians know the CAT G3520, Vericor, and Honeywell configurations from the inside. There is no learning curve, no getting up to speed, no guesswork. One vendor built it and one vendor services it, which means full accountability and no finger-pointing when something needs attention.
Services
Scheduled maintenance. Interval-based preventive maintenance contracts for CAT G3520 gensets, Vericor and Honeywell turbines, Jenbacher engines, and equivalents. Documented and warranty-preserving.
Emergency field service. Rapid-response on-site service for unplanned failures, with technicians dispatched to the equipment rather than the equipment transported to a shop. For remote sites, that's the difference between a service call and a shutdown.
Genset overhaul. Full power generation unit rebuild: engine, generator end, control system, switchgear, and distribution components.
Control system service. Service, upgrade, and troubleshooting for genset and turbine power management systems.
Emissions system service. SCR maintenance and certification support for sites with active NOx compliance requirements, because a unit that passes at commissioning but fails six months later is a permitting and operating risk.
Load bank testing. Commissioning and periodic load bank testing to verify rated output before and during deployment.
Parts and component supply. OEM-equivalent (original equipment manufacturer) and EnQuest-sourced parts, reducing operator dependency on single-source OEM procurement and long lead times at the worst possible moment.
Service contracts. Annual Lifecycle Services agreements with defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) response times, the foundation of a predictable maintenance program for uptime-critical operations.
Built for uptime-critical operations
Data centers and AI infrastructure. Hyperscalers, colocation operators, and edge facilities commit to 99.9%+ uptime SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Any unplanned power interruption is a breach with financial and contractual consequences. An SLA-backed EnQuest maintenance program isn't optional; it's risk management you can show leadership, auditors, and lenders.
EPC and commissioning teams. A genset failure during commissioning delays handover, triggers liquidated damages, and damages the developer relationship. EnQuest provides standby service during commissioning from the team that knows the equipment, so a power issue doesn't become a critical-path delay.
Oil and gas and remote industrial. A power gen failure that shuts down a frac spread mid-job can cost six figures in non-productive time and crew standby. EnQuest field technicians come to your location, and they already know the equipment, because we built it.
Every service engagement, documented
Every Lifecycle Services engagement runs under EnQuest's ISO 9001:2015 quality system and produces a documented record: work performed, parts replaced, test results, and technician certification. That documentation is what lets a facility demonstrate compliance, support a warranty claim, satisfy an audit, and transfer equipment to a new operator with a clean service history.
