Proof, not promises.
Anyone can claim quality. EnQuest documents it. Our certifications are the audited, third-party-verified proof that every unit we build is engineered, fabricated, and tested to a standard that holds up under scrutiny, before it leaves the floor.
EnQuest operates in two countries, and our certifications reflect that.
Our United States operations and our Canadian operations each hold the credentials appropriate to the work performed and the codes that govern it. The certifications below are organized by operation so you know exactly what applies where.
United States Operations
Our Houston and Odessa operations build frac pumps, power generation packages, and the equipment we service through Lifecycle Services, under a certified quality management system.
AFEX-certified. Certified installer of AFEX fire suppression systems.
ISO 9001:2015. Our quality management system is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The same QMS governs every new build and every Lifecycle Services rebuild, which means the frac pump we manufacture and the unit we rebuild are held to the identical, documented quality process.
Canadian Operations
Our Calgary operations build wireline equipment, pressure vessels and piping, and structural fabrication for the Canadian market under the codes and certifications these projects require.
ABSA. Certification by ABSA, the pressure equipment safety authority for Alberta.
AFEX-certified. Certified installer of AFEX fire suppression systems.
APEGA. Recognized by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
ASME B31.3. Process piping fabrication and assembly in compliance with the ASME B31.3 code.
ASME U-stamp. Approval to build, repair, and alter ASME Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels and apply the ASME U-stamp.
COR. Certificate of Recognition for safety, with participation in Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR).
CWB-certified welding. Canadian Welding Bureau certified to CSA standards W47.1 and W59.
Motor vehicle safety. Compliance with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS) and authorization to apply the National Safety Mark (NSM) on road-going units.
National Board. Registration of pressure vessels with the National Board, with full documentation.
What our certifications mean for you
Certification is only valuable if it changes what you receive. Here is what ours guarantee:
Every unit is built to a documented, repeatable process, not the judgment of whoever happened to be on the floor that day. Every unit is tested before delivery, and the results are documented.
Every Lifecycle Services rebuild follows the same quality system as a new build, with documentation that follows the equipment for its service life, resale, financing, and insurance. And the work is verified by independent, accredited bodies, not by us alone.
That documentation is the difference. It is what lets you defend a procurement decision, satisfy an audit, finance or insure an asset, and trust that the equipment will perform exactly as engineered.
