ASME code pressure vessels, fabricated and stamped in Canada.
EnQuest designs, fabricates, and tests ASME code pressure vessels at our Calgary operations, serving oil and gas, oil sands, industrial, and civil projects across Canada. Carbon and stainless steel, U-stamped and National Board registered, engineered, welded, hydro-tested, and documented under a quality system built to ASME and ABSA standards.
A Canadian capability
Pressure vessel fabrication is part of EnQuest's Canadian operations, based in Calgary, Alberta. The certifications, codes, and capabilities described on this page apply to our Canadian operation.
Capabilities
ASME Section VIII vessels. Carbon and stainless steel pressure vessel fabrication, built, repaired, and altered to ASME Section VIII Division 1, with approval to apply the ASME U-stamp.
National Board registration. Vessels registered with the National Board, with full documentation traceability.
High and low pressure. High-pressure vessels and low-pressure containment vessels for oil and gas, oil sands, and industrial applications.
Integrated into skids. Vessels integrated into full skid and module packages, combining the vessel, piping, instrumentation, and structural support into a single deliverable.
Specialized fittings. Repair, alteration, and manufacture of Category A and H fittings.
Built to code, documented for the life of the asset
A pressure vessel is only as good as the quality system behind it. EnQuest's Calgary operation maintains a quality control program certified to build, repair, and alter ASME Section VIII Division 1 vessels, with a dedicated QA/QC manager responsible for project life-cycle quality and document control from proposal through supply chain, fabrication, assembly, and client handover.
That documentation follows the vessel, which is what an owner, inspector, insurer, or lender needs to see when it goes into service, gets recertified, or changes hands.
