What does the rebuild process actually look like?
Every job follows the XTEND™ Process: inspection, assessment, scope, quote, rebuild, test, and delivery with full documentation following the unit through every step. You know exactly what was done, what parts were used, and what the test results showed before the equipment returns to service.
How fast can you respond when a unit goes down?
Our emergency field service targets 24/7 response, with technicians dispatched to the equipment rather than the equipment transported to the shop. For data center and remote operations where uptime is the only metric that matters, SLA-backed (Service Level Agreement) service contracts define guaranteed response times.
Where are your MRO facilities located?
OFS (oil field service) equipment rebuild is performed in Houston and Odessa, with power end rebuild in Odessa serving the Permian Basin directly, and coiled tubing service in Calgary. Field service is available across all regions. Power generation and turbine Lifecycle Services are supported from the Houston campus.
