Bring us the turbine the OEM quit supporting. We'll engineer it back to like-new condition again.

EnQuest provides engineering-led Lifecycle Services, refurbishment, and new-build inlet system programs for industrial gas turbines, including the GE Frame 7EA and other mature, widely deployed platforms. When the asset exists but the documentation doesn't, when the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) drawings are fragmented across decades of revisions, or when a multi-unit program needs to move from field measurement to fabrication-ready in weeks instead of months, EnQuest is the engineering partner that makes it happen.

What we do

Inlet system engineering and fabrication. Filter houses, silencers, transition ducts, plenums, and bellmouth adapters, reverse-engineered, fabricated, and validated as complete systems.

Reverse engineering of legacy turbines. Mature turbines often have no confirmed as-built drawings and decades of fragmented OEM (original equipment manufacturer) documentation. EnQuest reconstructs the full engineering basis from physical measurement, field survey, and first-principles analysis, turning an undocumented asset into a buildable, defensible program.

First-principles performance verification. Inlet pressure-drop budgets verified against the platform's allowable, built and checked from first principles rather than assumed, so performance margins are documented and defensible before fabrication begins.

Defensible coating and fabrication specifications. Surface preparation to SSPC standards, specified dry-film thickness acceptance criteria, and inspection hold points, so the specification protects both parties when scope questions arise.

Multi-unit new-build programs. Repeatable, learning-curve-driven fabrication across multiple units, with parametric cost and engineering control that holds integrity through scope changes.

AI-accelerated senior engineering

EnQuest applies AI-assisted engineering workflows to compress the reverse-engineering and program-delivery work that traditionally takes months into a matter of weeks: digitizing and structuring decades of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) documentation into a searchable technical knowledge base, integrating field measurement data into engineering calculations within the same working session, and maintaining multi-revision cost and engineering models without arithmetic drift.

The speed comes from the tools. The value comes from the engineers directing them. AI compresses the time; experienced gas turbine engineers determine what to build, verify that the numbers are right, and catch the commercial and technical risks before they reach a contract. That combination is what turns a complex turbine program from a multi-month effort into a delivery platform.

Why EnQuest for turbine MRO

Most turbine service shops execute to a drawing. EnQuest engineers the drawing when one doesn't exist. That distinction matters most on mature assets, where the hardest part of the job is not the fabrication but reconstructing the engineering basis the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) never provided in usable form.

Every program is engineered, fabricated, tested, and documented in-house under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, and supported afterward through EnQuest Lifecycle Services from Houston, Calgary, and Odessa. One team owns the outcome from reverse engineering through final unit delivery.
